Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and begins processing, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Orders are handled and prepared for dispatch immediately. Due to the automated nature of our order processing system, it is not possible to stop, modify, or cancel an order once processing has started.
Customers are therefore strongly advised to review all order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
Any requests for cancellation after processing has begun will not be accepted. Exceptional cases, if any, may be considered at the sole discretion of Allure House, but approval is not guaranteed.
